Quick-frozen mushrooms are made according to manufacturing specification.
Quick-frozen mushrooms must be transported and storaged at temperature not higher than -18°С and relative humidity less than 85%. At these conditions the final product can be stored for 12 months.
The product can be stored in retail at temperature -15°С, but not longer than 7 days. Thawing and re-freezing is prohibited. Thawed products are not for sale.
